I am very impressed with Moe’s service! I came home from camp pick up with 6 yo kid and 3 months old baby on my hands to find bursting sprinkler valve outside the house and a paddle in the basement. It was 5 pm. In panic I called the plumbing service I used before and they said they are too busy. I searched on google foremergency plumbing service and found this business. Moe picked up right away, and directed me over the phone what to do to shut off the sprinkler valve without shutting off the water inside the house. It was not obvious as the valve was behind the ceiling tile. He patiently looked at pictures I sent to figure out what to do. I’m very grateful to Moe for taking time to help me! I offered to pay for a phone consultation but Moe kindly declined. I’m a customer forever now! Thank you!

We had an emergency leak in one of the bathrooms. I had called different plumbers a week prior that could not identify the issue. I called Masters Plumbing and Moe came to the rescue within 2 hours of calling. Upon arrival Moe got to work and identified the leak, explained everything that needed to be fixed and the root of the problem. Excellent service. Moe came to my residence late last week after I had multiple companies fail to properly diagnose the issue with my boiler. Within 1 hour of his arrival, he had already been able to figure out the problem and replace the component that was defective. Strong communication, very professional, and arrived on time. Price was very reasonable for the work performed. I will never use another company again. Highly recommended !

Had a leak we identified on a Sunday. Moe called us back quickly, and got to us within an hour. He explained the issue thoroughly and even gave us a heads up that it may come out to more if something else was going on.
